Terms of Conditions
The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Absolute Panda Tour. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.
These booking conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you.
All references in these booking conditions to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated.
In these booking conditions, “you” and “your” means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them as the context requires.
“We”, “us” and “our” means AbsolutePanda Tour.
We will communicate with you by e-mail in relation to your booking. You must accordingly check your e-mails on a regular basis.
We may also contact you by telephone and/or post if we cannot, for whatever reason, contact you by e-mail. Certain documents may need to be sent by post.
References in these booking conditions to “send” and “in writing” include communication by e-mail.
If booking online, any acknowledgement of your booking request we send you is not a confirmation of your booking.
This will come once the booking has been confirmed in the form of either a booking receipt or confirmation invoice.
To make a reservation, a certain amount of deposit is required and please transfer via our Paypal account or public bank account stated in our contract.
If a customer fails to make full payment of the trip, AbsolutePanda reserves the right to cancel the tour and retain the deposit.
Once a tour was confirmed, you are expected to send us your passport number and full name as shown in passport for air ticket, travel insurance, invitation letter for visa application and other special permits.
We understand how disappointing it is for our clients when they are forced to cancel their trip, in which they have invested lots of time and energy to plan with us and have been dreaming to participate.
We hope you can understand that we also have input lots of time and energy to plan the trip prior to departure and continuously send non-refundable payments to different parties involved such as hotels.
Therefore, we have no other choice but strictly adhere to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for all travelers.
Certain cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your trip 3 days prior to start of trip.
Once the trip begins, we will only refund unconsumed part of the cost if the cancellation is due to client's serious health problem. For the cancellations due to a nature disaster, we will seek a solution through negotiation with the clients involved.
AbsolutePanda reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure due to reasons outside its control such as natural disasters or political instability. But we will co-design with you a substitution plan for you.
Though AbsolutePanda will buy Chinese Domestic Travel Insurance for every client who take AbsolutePanda trip, we strongly suggest all travelers purchase an International SOS Service Plan through AbsolutePanda or by yourselves, which provides for emergency evacuation to the nearest medical facility of international standards.
Passport and Visa
It is required by Chinese law that foreigner who visit China need a visa and a passport that will not expire within least six months’ validity. In times of needs, AbsolutePanda will provide relevant document needed for your visa application or assist you in your visa extension. However, AbsolutePanda will not be responsible for any losses if you are a refused entry to China because you lack the correct visa documentation. In the case that an application is rejected by government agencies, AbsolutePanda reserves the right to cancel the trip or change the travel plan.
