Bella Zhang is the Director of Birding at CWT and a native of Yunnan's Bai ethnic community.

Since joining CWT in 2016, Bella has led birding and mammal-watching trips across China. She is known for sharp spotting skills in the field, fluent English, and for sharing Bai cultural stories along the trail.
